How do I get this to my interviewer?

I do 2 things: 1. I send a note to the recruiter the day before the interview and 2. I very gently bring it up once during the interview if the interviewer doesn't bring it up themselves.

I've found the best approach is to be very non-pushy about it. If you send a polite note the day before, and then bring it up once during the interview and your interviewer doesn't invite you to talk about it, I won't bring it up again. I want to come across as prepared, but not too pushy.

I usually send along something like this the day before:

"Hello {NAME} – I’m really looking forward to my interview tomorrow and I wanted to send along a few slides that I created in preparation for our time tomorrow. The attached highlights some of my selected past experience and projects and I would love to answer any questions about this material in our interview tomorrow as time allows." 

And during the interview, I try to very naturally bring it up if there's a easy time to do it. If the interviewer asks about some content that you prepared in your slides, you can easily say "I'd love to tell you more about that - I also have a summary slide here that talks about this exact question if you'd like to take a look while I talk through it."
